What to Expect

Start your winter break by putting Jesus at the center! Youth Winter Conference, specifically for students 6th grade through 12th grade, consist of 3 sessions filled with worship, gospel-centered Bible teaching, and genuine hands on prayer from youth leaders and peers, helping us to center our lives upon Jesus. Together, we’ll grow and strengthen our faith, build deep and meaningful community, and step boldly into God’s calling for our lives.

The registration fee for the Winter Conference includes access to an offsite event, meals and snacks throughout the conference, and exclusive YWC 2025 merchandise. This package is designed to provide a comprehensive and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

We want everyone to have the opportunity to participate. If the cost of attendance presents a challenge, please contact Austin Graham for information about sponsorships or alternative options.

  • FAMILY DISCOUNT- $5 off each child registered after first automatically applied (must be in same family)

Event Information

On Friday, we’re pumped to be heading as a group to Airborne Adventures, located at 5103 Portage Rd, Portage, MI 49002. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please complete the required online waiver form in advance. Note: Children will not be permitted to jump unless this form is completed by a guardian. The link to the form can be found after registration.

Things to Consider Bringing

You may consider bringing the following items for conference:

  • Bible
  • Notebook
  • Pens
  • Change of cloths for after event
  • Deodorant
  • Water Bottle
  • Board/Card Games

Waiver Information

For the conference, two waivers must be completed and submitted upon your arrival at the first session. One waiver pertains to your attendance Airborne Adventure, and the other is for attending the conference. Kindly ensure that both waivers are filled out in advance.
